I chose Tom Dixon as a potential realtor because of his high ratings on various sites as I was looking to put one of two houses I had up for sale. He immediately responded and stood outside of a bitter cold winter day to advise me on the propert even though he had not yet gotten the job. Once hired to sell a property I inherited Tom did an excellent job of advising us on what needed to be done to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Preparing the house for sale was a lengthy process. Tom was very patient through the long, long process of finalizing the estate in order to sell the house. If I could give Tom higher than excellent in "patience" I would! His help getting the house ready and his updates on how things were progressing were invaluable; and, then his very quick finding a buyer once the house was ready (which he did in one day) was amazing. I would hire Tom again if I had property for sale in the area.

Tom was excellent. My banker recommended him and he came to see the house within hours of our initial contact. We had a number of issues with the main problem of replacing the septic system. Tom was a great help in getting the project completed allowing us to finally sell the property to a young couple that really wanted the house. Throughout the process Tom was very professional and attentive to the situation. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a realtor. We had already moved to NC and Tom helped manage a long distance relationship. Whenever I called if Tom was tied up, he would always promptly return the call. Tom Dixon was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our home and purchase of another home. He made what is normally a very stressful process very easy and was great to work with. The whole process of selling my home was orchestrated very well between Tom Dixon and his office support and seemed to run like clockwork but with a personal touch. Tom completed the initial home analysis and price evaluation with comps very quickly. Once I decided to list, things moved very rapidly also, which was great. Excellent, professional photos were taken, attractive brochures were printed up, online listings went up and an Open House was quickly scheduled. During the period of showings, Tom was always very responsive to any of my texts or email inquiries and usually got back to me within a half hour. I am a come back customer of Tom and Bette's, I was searching for them from the previous agency they worked for, but I could not find them from Remax Realty, then I did not hesitate to leave and search by name to find them. My Father passed away and I had to sell his house which was my childhood home and I hired Tom based on his sales records that were online. He was very eager to please and get the house sold within just a couple of weeks.
